The Horror Dog Festival held its first ever festival in Louisiana, where it drew hundreds of fantastic artists, attractions, and fans from afar. Among them are Chase’s fan boyfriend and his girlfriend Laine, who are forced to come for a trip. However as the scene ends, Laine begins to have vague expressions and disturbing visions related to the old towns, and in particular the historical story/local town of The Creeper. When the festival arrives and the blood-colored entertainment goes crazy, Laine believes that something unknown has been summoned and she is in the middle of it.
